Main house: (note there is a small fishing cabin on property - its not occupied) Property is Lake Front Lake view from the kitchen, living room, and upstairs bedrooms Accommodations for up to 12 people No garage 2,000 S/F 6 bedrooms – Linens provided 4 queen beds (upstairs) 1 double bed (main floor) 2 twin beds (main floor) 3 full bathrooms - two upstairs Jack/Jill between the four bedrooms – one on the main floor – towels and linens provided Kitchen – stocked with basic household utensils, cookware, dishes, etc. bring your own food Refer Side-By-Side Ice/Water in door (plus full freezer in basement) Washer and Dryer in basement; detergent provided Patio with BBQ (spring /summer/fall only) Forced air heating – no fireplace No air conditioning internet and Wi-Fi One (1) TV main room with Charter streaming and basic TV channels One (1) 32" DVD screen/player for movies No Pets - Strictly Enforced Picnic area: down by the lake Two picnic tables 2nd small fishing cabin on the property - not occupied Pier: Private Parking: Winter –Parking for Three (3) cars in driveway (4 if very small) in the winter (snow removal provided when over four inches deep); shovels and snow melt at house Summer – parking for up to six cars – boat trailer storage NOTE: No events, parties or large gatherings of any kind - rental limited to those in your rental party. 10:00 pm good neighbor policy – quiet and respectful. Payment: agree to terms and conditions and credit card payment. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Check in time is after 3:00 pm and check out time is by 10:00 am Cancelation policy: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in they will get 50%, otherwise they will not get a refund.
