Lake House with Dock & Sauna, 20 Minutes from Gothenburg

Welcome to our newly built, exclusive beach house at Aspen in Lerum – perfect for families who love lake life! Enjoy your own dock, swimming, fun water activities and wave-splashing. The house has panoramic windows for constant enjoyment of the fantastic lake view. Whether you're cooking dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, grilling on the jetty deck, relaxing in the sauna or resting in the cozy living room, the view is always with you. But don't just take my word for it, read our previous guests' experiences. The space Total living space is 80 sqm. On the ground floor, there is a large social area with an open, modern and well-equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom and sauna overlooking the lake. From the ground floor, you go straight out onto the jetty for swimming and water activities. The house is best suited for families with up to three children. On the upper floor, you will find another bathroom, a hall, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a living room with panoramic windows that provide a fantastic lake view and access to the balcony. In the living room, there is a large sofa bed (140 cm) for two people as well as an extra bed (80 cm). In front of the house there is a large jetty deck with a tent and a patio with perfect sun position from morning to sunset. There is also a Weber gas grill to enhance your evenings. For smaller children, there is a shallow sandy bottom the first few meters closest to the house, and at the end of the jetty, it is about 1.7 meters deep. We encourage you to read all the great reviews from our previous guests, which we are very happy about. Guest access The entire beach house, including the sauna, is at your exclusive disposal. You'll even have free access to the jetty with patio and Weber Gas Grill. Depending on the season, the tent on the jetty, water trampoline and two large SUPs to explore Aspen are included. Wetsuits and life jackets in all sizes from 8 years of age to adult are also available. Depending on your boating experience, you can also rent access to a Ryds steering pulpit with 50 hp 4-stroke engine as well as wakeboard and water skis for adults and children, as well as x-tube rings to maximize the joy of water sports. Other things to note When we finished building the beach house in 2021, we realized our dream and we and our guests constantly enjoy this fantastic location. We hope you will also be able to enjoy it as much as we do when we are not using the house and for the sake of our neighbors, we cannot allow parties and the like. Our regular residential house is on the same lot higher up towards the road.
