Chic & Cosy 1-bedroom flat overlooking the park

Welcome to our lovely flat in Stoke Newington overlooking Clissold Park, one of London's best parks. Church Street, with its Bars and Restaurants, is across the park, and you can swim or sail in the nearby reservoir or climb in the renovated castle. The rest of London is easily connected by bus, bike or tube. The flat itself has everything you'll need, so it's a perfect base for any kind of London experience - adventure, work, relaxing, or exploring. Please let us know any questions! The space The flat is on the top floor (2nd floor with stairs up, unfortunately no lift) of an Art Deco Block built in 1936. We completely renovated the space, keeping the beautiful crittal windows, woodwork and doors, but adding all the mod cons. There are parquet floors throughout, with our art and photos on the wall. We'll leave our bookshelves full so feel free to browse, and your are welcome to use the Sonos music system too. The main hallway leads into all rooms, the biggest of which is the living room. There is then the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and office. We work at home so the office is well set out and we welcome guests that might want to balance a work/leisure trip. There is a balcony to the south that catches the afternoon sun, and two communal gardens, one to the back and one along by the Close towards the park. Guest access The flat is our home, and you’re very welcome to stay! You’ll be able to use the whole plate except for one bedroom which we’ll store some of our stuff to open things for you and your needs.
