House with pool and Nordic bath in the Dordogne Valley

Rejuvenate in the heart of the Dordogne Valley in our house at the end of the hamlet. You will enjoy for your unique use of the house, the pool (6 m x 4 m) and the Norwegian bath on the 3000 m² property. Quiet, nature, pleasure... Close to exceptional natural and heritage sites (Padirac Cave, Rocamadour, Collonges-la-Rouge...), you will also have the opportunity to hike from the house, enjoy the river, its swimming spots and canoe descents. The space The house for 6 people (100 m²) offers on the ground floor a beautiful living space of 40 m² open to a south-facing terrace sheltered by a pergola. There is a modern kitchen, fully equipped* and open to the living room. There is also a 12 m² bedroom (140 x 200 bed) with a closet adjoining a bathroom with toilet. Finally, a TV/laundry room with an extra sofa bed (mattress and mattress topper) closes off the ground floor. Two Dyson fans allow this level to be tempered as needed. The floor is accessed by a staircase open on one side (see photo) and which requires caution on the part of young children. It serves 2 air-conditioned bedrooms under the roof (1.80 m minimum) of 13 and 16 m² with a 140 x 190 bed. A shower room (4 m²) with toilet completes the floor. Garden furniture with umbrella, sun loungers (Chilean type), BBQ and ping pong table allow you to enjoy the summer. The terrace below (approx. 60 m²) encompasses the above-ground but level pool and hosts the Norwegian bath for unforgettable evenings under the stars. A final word for the garden that we have been decorating over the years with flower beds and trees.
