Working or playing? The choice is yours with this beautifully appointed and charming two bedroom cottage with summertime sleepout. Well located in picturesque Bluff Hill, just minutes from both Napier city centre and the vibrant Ahuriri scene. A full kitchen complete with all you need to cook or just hang out. Unlimited fast wifi, instant and endless gas hot water, and dedicated work space in the office/second bedroom. Super-clean with 100% cotton linens. Pets by prior approval only please. The space The home is only used for airbnb and a thorough clean is performed after each stay. A perfect situation for traveling workers as you have a full kitchen (No need to eat out but an abundance of outstanding restaurants within walking distance). Groceries can be delivered from local grocery stores as well as several takeaways via uber. The home is well suited to work from as the second bedroom (which has a single twin bed) and a large desk, good lighting, and comfortable office chair. This room has a nice large window with lots of natural light and efficient radiator heat. Fiber optic wifi makes streaming and zoom effortless. The master bedroom is luxurious and spacious with a queen size bed made up with high thread count, 100% cotton bedding and fluffy down duvet (electric blanket is supplied in the winter months). A large sash window opens for light and fresh air, while floor to ceiling thermal and block-out drapes create a cozy night in. Enjoy our sunny Hawke’s Bay days outside on the private, two-tiered decking and patio outdoor living area furnished with a 6 seater table and undercover lounge chairs. A further third bedroom is available (in the summer months only) as it is located via the back yard deck area (you have to go out of the house to access this room). This room is serviced by an additional toilet and hand basin (with cold water only). There is also an outdoor shower with both hot and cold running water, located off the back porch. Truly a home away from home, there is a washing machine and outdoor, covered clothesline and a friendly host nearby to assist in any way! The Workers Cottage is part of Milton Manors, a boutique collection of pet friendly accommodation located in popular Bluff Hill - within walking distance to Napier City and vibrant Ahuriri. Please inquire as to our other houses if you have a large group to accommodate as we have a total of three offerings all within eyesight of each other! Guest access The house is entirely yours, however I live nearby and can be of any assistance needed. Other things to note Pets by prior approval only. Please include a short description of your pet with your booking request. Not allowed on furniture or beds and cannot be left alone in the house in your absence unless crated. There is a $35. pet fee charged.
