Welcome to our beach 🏖 home, located on the famous Daytona Beach. 1hr and half away from Orlando/parks. 15 mins away from Daytona airport and NASCAR arena. Minutes away from shopping, dining, and entertainment. SECONDS away from the sand and ocean 🏝. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.🏖The room is located on the 9th floor/ocean front nothing but water for miles. ⚠️⚠️Building, downstairs patio, and outside areas are currently under construction 🚧 The space Studio condo- 2 queen size beds, special attention is paid towards linens and towels, everything is washed prior to check in including the comforters. Kitchen- equipped with everything you need to cook or relax and order in. (Full fridge, full sink, microwave, coffee maker (and a Kuerig machine), and 2 burner stove. 🛑$50 FEE FOR ANY DISHES, CUPS, UTENSILS LEFT IN SINK 🛑 Spacious bathroom - plenty of counter space. Fresh clean towels and beach towels available for use. 🛑ALL GARBAGE MUST BE TAKEN OUT OF THE ROOM AND THROWN IN LARGE BIN OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM UPON CHECK OUT🛑 Ocean front to die for! Complete bliss from the moment you open the door straight to the balcony, where the only thing in front of you is the ocean! Enjoy every waking moment just looking at the view!! Don’t forget to have your morning coffee on your private french balcony watching the sunrise, or sit back and watch the sunset. Every day is picture worthy with this VIEW!! Guest access 🛑🛑WE DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER THE AMENITIES!!! WE only own the room.🛑🛑 Other things to note 🛑Parking pass if lost or stolen a $100 CHARGE will be added to your account. Early/Late check out is available for a fee if time allows. So always ask if interested. 🛑AMENITIES ARE OUT OF ORDER. THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. 🛑WE RENT THE ROOM NOT THE AMENITIES 🛑 It is BEST to call the hotel when looking for the most current information since we do not reside at the location.
