Recently renovated apartment that still retains its beautiful 1900s features. Well connected for the London Underground, metres from the greenery of Clapham Common and surrounded by the boutique shops and café culture of Clapham Old Town. The space You will have access to the whole apartment whilst staying here. The apartment is split over 2 floors, with the living room and kitchen being on the first floor and the bedrooms and bathroom being on the second. There is a big reception room that is open plan, leading from the living room into the kitchen. There is a table in the kitchen with space for 4 diners, and a large comfy corner sofa and a gorgeous love seat in the living room. You can watch the TV at your leisure, and we have you-view and Netflix so you will have access to multiple media streams. The kitchen is newly fitted, and whilst staying here please feel free to use any of the kitchen implements and appliances. Also during your stay you will find plenty of cooking basics in the cupboards which you are welcome to use (tea, coffee, milk, spices, spreads etc). The oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher are easy to use and you are welcome to help yourself to washing powder/dishwasher tablets etc. The apartment sleeps 4, with one new double bed and one king-size double bed. The sofa is also good for having an afternoon nap! The bathroom has a bath, with a modern rainfall shower head over the bath. PLEASE NOTE: This is our lived-in home which we rent out whilst travelling, there will be photos on the walls and food in the cupboards. Our guests so far have been very happy with the set up but if you are looking for a pristine hotel-like environment this is not the Airbnb for you. Guest access You'll have access to the entire apartment Other things to note We supply one set of keys per party if you require more than 1 set of keys during your stay please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate. If you are driving to the apartment there is on-street Parking. Parking is free on weekends and UK Bank Holidays but incurs an additional charge of £5 per day on weekdays.
