Due to the central location, occasional noise from nearby restaurants or nightlife may be heard, particularly during weekends or peak holiday periods. The property features smart TVs in the two main bedrooms, as well as a 65-inch Samsung Frame TV in the living room with a Bose sound system. Guests can log into their own streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon, etc.). For safety and comfort, the property is not suitable for parties or events.
