Villa Vacanza is a three-story home equipped with a living area, kitchen, primary suite, half bath, and laundry room on the first floor. On the second floor there are 2 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and another small living area. The fun, bunk loft can be accessed from the second floor living area by a large ladder. The balcony can be accessed on the second floor and provides peaceful views. This home sits on Pistache Park with a unique, Scandinavian style playground and a community fire pit. Wrap up your evening in the private, fenced backyard around the large fire pit area under the string lights! Covered parking is at the back of the home. There is much within walking distance, and golf carts can also be rented. (See the Guidebook for information) Carlton Landing is a master developed lake community designed after Seaside, Florida. There is much to do in any season with multiple parks, playgrounds, and green spaces. There are miles of exploring, hiking, and walking. The swimming pools (not heated) and sandy beach access will help to keep you cool in the hot summer, and we can't forget the large hot tub (open year round!) - all are within walking distance. Food trucks frequent the area around the community coffee house and wood-fired pizza shop! Parking is at the back of the home. There is extra parking near The Meeting House coffee shop. Parking along the streets other than on Park St. is not permitted as Carlton Landing is a walkable community. We suggest consolidating vehicles as much as you can. You may temporarily park your water crafts in the large area near The Meeting House or check with nearby marinas for slip rentals. *Golf carts are available to rent.
