Villa Vacanza is the perfect luxury, lake home for families, & groups! This 3 bedroom + bunk loft, 2.5 bathroom home is well equipped for a 5-star stay in a very popular area at Lake Eufaula. The space Villa Vacanza is a three-story home equipped with a living area, kitchen, primary suite, half bath, and laundry room on the first floor. On the second floor there are 2 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and another small living area. The fun, bunk loft can be accessed from the second floor living area by a large ladder. The screened-in balcony can be accessed on the second floor and provides peaceful views. This home sits on Pistache Park with a unique, Scandinavian style playground and a community fire pit. Wrap up your evening in the private, fenced backyard around the large fire pit area under the string lights! Guest access Covered parking is at the back of the home. (3 spaces) Extra cars may be parked along Park St in town or near The Meeting House. There is much within walking distance, and golf carts can also be rented. (See the Guidebook for information) Other things to note Your CL Stay includes the community amenities at no extra charge. 3 Pools + hot tub, sand beach access, playgrounds, sand volleyball, basketball, tennis court/pickleball court, nature trails and more! *CL is a growing community so you can expect to hear and see construction crews around the neighborhood.
