It is the rear townhouse on a quiet block of four, with trams, parks, trails and cafe's at the door. The space It is a unique two storey home, built in 1980 and underwent renovation in 2015. Downstairs includes a light filled living/dining area, large kitchen with all amenities, a laundry with ample storage and a generously sized bathroom that includes a walk in shower, washing machine and toilet. If you have a large van or truck, please use the street parking as the fascia boards on the property make for a narrow fit down the driveway if your vehicle is oversized. Smaller vans and all cars will be fine.
