My wife and I host 2 room in our home where we live, and we love to get to know our guests (or leave them alone if that's what they prefer! :) If you're visiting without a car, no problem! Enjoy a 5 min walk to H-E-B (groceries), and a bus ride or 10 min Uber to Mueller, downtown, or other fun attractions around ATX! Our favorite parts about our home are the cold plunge & sauna on the patio, friendly neighborhood for daytime walks, cozy bedrooms, and big comfy living room couch. The space Our home has a shared front-door entrance with a keyless entry smart lock. Your bedroom is private with a queen-sized bed, dresser, closet, and black-out curtains. Your full bathroom is next to your room, and shared with the other guest in our home, if we are hosting another guest at the time. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The rest of the home is shared with my wife and me, and any other guests we are hosting. The full kitchen includes an espresso machine, gas stove, dishwasher, air fryer, kitchen and dining utensils, and anything you'd need to make yummy meals! The living room has a big comfy couch, smart TV, and board games available. There is a fully-equipped laundry room available to our guests with a washer and dryer, iron, and laundry detergent provided. In our spacious backyard, we have a cold plunge, grill, picnic table, and lots of grass space. There is an available parking space in our driveway which you are welcome to us, and there is ample free street parking in front of and near our home. We love it when our guests make the most of their experience in our home, so we welcome the use of all of our shared living spaces and appliances! Guest access Guests have full access to the shared living spaces such as the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and backyard. The guest bathroom is shared with another guest if we are hosting a guest in our other bedroom listing at the time of your stay. If you are bringing a car, you are welcome to park in our driveway parking space, or there is ample street parking next to and near our house. During your stay My wife and I will most likely be present in the home during your stay, as we live in the home full time as well. However, if we are not present, then you may reach us through the Airbnb app, or via cell phone. We always welcome the opportunity to visit and get to know one another, but we also have guests who prefer to keep to themselves. We respect and appreciate either one! Other things to note If you do plan to bring a third person to stay in your private room, please let us know in advance. We have an air mattress which you are welcome to use. We do charge an extra $30 per night fee for any additional guest above two. We will apply this charge separately through the Airbnb app after the reservation is made. We do not allow pets, unless you receive a written OK from me or my wife.
