The Alpaca House

Welcome to La Casa de Alpaca. Our home is located in the beautiful Rivermark community of Santa Clara. The space consists of 2 bed / 2 bath located on the top floor, with access to a pool, hot tub, gym, and yoga room. The space Our home is a 2 bed / 2 bath located on the top floor, with plenty of amenities for the business traveler as well as for a vacationing family. A washer and dryer are available in the home for all your laundry needs. We do offer an eco-friendly homemade laundry detergent for use during your stay, which I personally use at home and does a great job. Use the same amount as you would with traditional liquid laundry detergents. Also please do not discard the bottle so we can refill for other guests. High-Speed Internet with 600 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload. Guest access You have access to the entire home, as well as the pool, hot tub, gym and yoga room. Other things to note Directions will be sent via email once the reservation has been confirmed detailing how to get to our home.
