There are two stunning living rooms, a gorgeous remodeled kitchen and all brand-new stunning furniture and appliances throughout. Modern yet comfortable. Plenty of parking with a two-car garage and a three-car carport. This property has it all. The space New pool table/ping pong table added to living room one. Bedroom breakdown 1-Primary-king plus queen sofa sleeper up to 4 people could sleep in here 2-king and a twin 2-3 people 3-king and a twin 2-3 people 4-king 2 people 5-king 2 people Rollaway beds can be delivered for a single fee of $179 per bed for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Brand New Pool table added to one of the living rooms. Additional Patio dining set and loungers added outside. Pool heating: Pool heating is $199 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat). Please let us know what days and times you want the pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay. Monthly Rentals: Have a utility fee of $25-$65/day fee depending on the season. BBQ: Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it's $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions. PETS: This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation!
