It consists of 4 rooms: 3 are for guests, while the fourth is used exclusively as a storage room for cleaning supplies 🧹🚪. You will also find 2 bathrooms and a shared kitchen 🚿🍳. YOUR ROOM (Room 2) 🛌 A bright and private space that includes: •🛌 Your Room: Two single beds, with mosquito nets for peaceful nights. 🦟🚫 •📶 Free high-speed Wi-Fi. Note: Each room is private and equipped with a lock and personal key 🔑 to ensure maximum privacy and security 🔒 KITCHEN 🍳  Fully equipped kitchen: For your meals. We do not accept reservations for private gatherings or stays of just a few hours. • 📄 Legal Check-in: It is mandatory to send photos of your documents within 24 hours of booking (Italian law) ⚖️. • 🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the entire apartment. • 🤫 Quiet Hours: Out of respect for the neighbors and other guests, no loud noise is allowed from 10:00 p.m. to 9:30 a.m., in accordance with the condominium regulations. • 🚗 Parking: Parking is not permitted inside the condominium areas.
