Heated Pool Vacation Getaway

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with private heated pool is located in a quiet neighborhood near everything that Southwest Florida has to offer. Minutes from restaurants and grocery stores, a couple of miles from the Port Charlotte Harbor and a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches, you can truly have it all. Our house offers great wifi, a fully functional kitchen, updated furnishings and a heated pool. Self check-in and out guarantee complete privacy. The space This modern and well decorated space is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a vacation with friends or family. The heated pool is the perfect space to lounge and relax. Our fence and full lanai allow for ultimate privacy. House Rules, Waiver & Liability Disclosure By booking and staying at this property, guests acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules and safety guidelines provided for the home and pool area. Guests understand that the use of the pool, outdoor areas, and all property amenities is entirely at their own risk. The property owner and property manager shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the stay. By completing the booking, guests agree not to hold the owner or property manager responsible for any injuries or damages arising from the use of the property or its amenities and agree to respect and follow all house rules during their stay. Guest access Guests have access to all areas, no space is shared. Other things to note We use duvets (sheets that are like large pillow cases) with comforters inside them. These are changed and washed between each guest. Extra duvets and fitted sheets are in the linen closet. Our pool maintenance comes every Wednesday morning. You shouldn’t plan to use the pool after services until the evening Wednesday or Thursday morning.
