There is free street parking on the left hand side of Dakin Street until the apartment. Guest can access shared rooftop on 4th floor located at the north end of the hallway, please be respectful to other tenants. It is also a great spot for sports enthusiasts and for people who are looking for a fun night out. Bus stops are just outside of the building around the corner. Red line Sheridan stop is 2 minute walk. Major grocery stores, Whole Foods Market and Jewel Osco are within 5 minute drive. There is free street parking at the beginning. There are railway tracks next to the building so the train sounds will be heard through the day and at night; however, it is less frequent at night. We have put few white noise machines to help with the train noise. We suggest carrying ear plugs if you are light sleeper.
