This beautiful new apartment is located in a residential area in Funchal where mainly locals live. It is very calm, quiet and almost no traffic around. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, 7th floor. It is accessed by one elevators which stop on the 6th floor; then we still have one level of stairs to get to the apartment. The stairs are very large and easy to climb. Inside it offers everything you may need for you stay. Air conditioning, air dryer, oven, microwave, great friedge and frozen, and all the tools to work on it, nothing is missing. On arrival you will be welcomed with a light snack, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, linen, bath and pool towels, bath robes. In a walking distance from the apartment you have a very nice comercial area, with coffees, delicious bakeries, supermarkets, local fruit shops, chemist . Also public buses are very regular and very cheap. One of our only beaches in Funchal, Praia Formosa is also close to this apartment. The fantastic promenade to Camara de Lobos is in a walking distance too. Walking access to Levadas from here just in a few minutes. All and all the best place for you to stay in Madeira...
