The space This bedroom with a patio features a new queen-size bed, linens and blankets, AC/heating, TV/Netflix, WIFI, room-darkening shutters, housecoats, and a safe. Your bathroom is next to your room and only used by you. Guest access You will have access to the kitchenette, living room, gardens, pool area, pergola, and BBQ area including your own private veranda. There is a possibility to store your motorbikes, bikes, kayaks, etc. in the garage. Parking is free. During your stay As mentioned, I live on the premises, and I am available to assist you. I will respect my guest’s privacy to the best of my ability; however I love company and it will be my pleasure if you wish to say, “hi”, or chat. Other things to note For complete relaxation, rentals are for adults only (21 years+ and 12 years+ accompanied by an adult). This 6-bedroom villa is shared with the Host, 1 friendly cat and a quiet dog (who do not access rented rooms). Unfortunately, additional pets are not accepted. The villa has a maximum rental capacity of 8 people. For small friend/ family groups who wish to rent the complete villa, please message the Host.
