Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. S on S - The Inn is located in downtown Hornell on a quite and private road. Alstom 1.5 mi; Alfred U and college 11 mi; St. James Hospital 2.5 mi; & Keuka Lake 30 mi. Restaurants and pubs are close by. Two guests are welcome in the second floor studio (outdoor stairs). The Inn offers a queen bed, fully equipped kitchen and separate bath with stand up shower. Perfect for traveling Dr.’s or RN’s! This unit carries an animal exemption. The space Studio on Standard - The Inn is located on the second floor of an eight unit apartment building (6 Airbnb units and 2 apartments). There is plenty of free parking for cars, trucks and trailers. There is a shared coin operated washer and dryer on the second floor. The washer and dryer is shared with the other five units on the floor. Please be courteous to our tenants and guests by switching and removing laundry promptly. Unit number 6 is where you will be staying. It’s one room with a queen size bed, bistro table with chairs, a couch and dresser. It even has an unique custom handmade coffee cart with a Keurig, K- cups, creamer and sugar. The kitchenette is separate and stocked. The bathroom is separate from the living quarters with a small vanity, toilet and stand-up shower. All linens, pillows and towels are provided. There is an iron and ironing board in the closet. Guests will have access to high speed fiber optic WiFi and are welcome to log into their streaming services or watch free tv through the Roku. Guest access Guests staying at Studio on Standard - The Inn will have access to the parking in the buildings free parking area. The outdoor stairs and hallway are shared with the five other upper units. The coin operated washer and dryer is also shared. Other things to note The building in no smoking! Guests and tenants can smoke on the balcony or in the parking areas. A smoking fee will be added if a guest smokes inside the Studio. Please do not burn incense in the unit. We also ask no parties or gatherings are held in the Studio. Most of our tenants work full time and we expect our guests and tenants to be respectful of each other.
