Beach and Villers-sur-Mer Center - 2 rooms 41 m2

The beach is at the end of the street, and all shops are in the immediate vicinity. The center of Villers-sur-Mer is a pretty seaside resort, authentic and with very frequent markets. A beach cabin with deckchairs, chairs and umbrella are available. Important before booking: as we are not on site, we are unable to include towels and sheets. They can nevertheless be rented by Rebecca for an extra charge, see section "Other information to note". The space The 41 m2 apartment was carefully renovated in 2022, respecting its original character. The ceilings are quite high and the living room-kitchen is a nice size. The apartment has been designed to comfortably accommodate 2 adults plus possibly 2 children or teenagers. The bedroom is very quiet, overlooking the courtyard with the sea in sight. The living room overlooking the street opens onto an equipped kitchen. Its corner sofa is convertible. The apartment is on the second floor of a former Belle Epoque mansion. Stairs are not suitable for people with mobility problems, especially the second, narrower one. The apartment is in the heart of Villers-sur-Mer, on a shopping street and the ground floor houses a restaurant. The living room is exposed to noise pollution in season with its windows opening onto the street. The windows are nevertheless double glazed and the bedroom faces the back, which is quiet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire rented accommodation, as well as a hard beach hut located under the central beach lifeguard station, with a shared but enclosed shower, adjoining. The beach hut is a 2-minute walk from the building. Other things to note The apartment is furnished and equipped properly, so as to make the stay as pleasant as we would like for ourselves, even in case of bad weather. We expect occupants to respect this approach by taking care of our home as if it were their own. In principle, there should be spices, oil, cleaning products etc. We put them back at the beginning of the season but ask guests to kindly replace what is depleted, and to enjoy what others have replaced before them. The welcome is personalized, and carried out by Rebecca. If you bring your bed linen, the dimensions to provide are: 60 x 60 for the four pillows (we can provide 50 x 75 on request); 140 x 190 (living room) and 160 x 190 (bedroom) for fitted sheets; 200 x 200 (living room) and 220 x 240 (bedroom) for duvet covers. If you prefer to rent linens and towels from Rebecca, you can reach her at least a week before your stay. Rebecca re-invoices a laundry service that is not free: €20 for the sheet kit (for 1 bed) and €7 for the towel kit (one large and one small). On request, we can provide a 60x120 baby cot with a 4 cm thick roll-up travel mattress for added comfort. For the baby bed, we cannot provide the sheets. It is allowed to leave a stroller in the building entrance, behind the digicode. We draw attention to the house rules (pets, non-smoking etc.). In particular, in accordance with AirBnB's ground rules, the cleaning fee only covers surface cleaning between rentals, not deep cleaning. Registration Details 146407810256B
