The master bedroom has a comfortable bed with laundry in the closet & ensuite full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with queen on the bottom & single up top. 2nd full bathroom is located in the common area of the unit offering a bath. This complex has just completed a full renovation of the interior common spaces. This corner unit directly overlooks Whistler's all-ages, all-users trail system, which offers five minute walks to both the Whistler Mountain Creekside Gondola (and amenities) and Nita & Alpha Lakes as well as a view of Whistler Mountain. Unique amongst Whistler condos, downstairs you’ll find Creekbread, a popular wood-fired pizza restaurant (licensed). Other top restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, grocery & liquor stores are within easy walking distance. Pool closes on October 1st for the winter season. Ski room - is located in the lobby of the building. The common code is required to access this room and you might want to bring your "ski key/lock" with you to lock them up. This is a secured locked room. There is also ski storage in the unit itself in the mudd room. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire 2 bedroom condo. There is in-suite laundry and a free outdoor pool in the Summer months. There is also Whistler's favourite wood-fired Pizza restaurant called Creekbread located in the building. A fantastic place to eat on your first night getting settled. Other things to note Quiet hours are strictly observed between 10pm and 8am. Guests causing noise leading to a formal complaint will incur a $200 (CDN) fine that is deducted from the damage deposit. The building and our unit is suitable for respectful guests who want to be part of our outdoor-recreation-minded and neighborly community. Like all wood-frame buildings, ours is conducive to noise transfer so parties and loud groups are prohibited. We have soundproofed our unit to a high standard to mitigate noise transfer. We have a locked storage closet in the entry which is inaccessible to guests. We provide starter toilet paper, dishwashing soap, shampoo/conditioner, and laundry pods.
