Welcome to our cute, cozy house where everything you may need is thought of. It’s located on very next to the best part of famous Moda beach, Sifa street. The room is very wide, seperated as bedroom and living room. It has everything you need and gives you full privacy. The room and the house is well equipped down to the smallest detail. It’s warm in winter and cool in summer. We are clean and respectful people who live in peace and harmony. Come and join us in this stylish place. House is 5 min away to center of Kadıköy, 10 min to bars street, and 1 min to beach. The house is reverse duplex, and the room is downstairs, like isolated from the rest of the house. Kitchen, dining table and bathroom are upstairs, so you can be socialized as long as you want Kitchen, bathroom, common area which are detailed in the photo explanations. I generally prefer to allow the guests to set the communication level with me since I don’t know the individual wishes, that’s why i try to not be chatty. But you can text me for any help:) Moda is very popular area with tourists, yet it has not lost the authenticity the locals have built over the years. With all expats, students, artists and well educated locals, Moda gives you a different lifestyle experience among various cuisines, courses, artistic activities, indoor and outdoor sport facilities, colorful nightlife and natural beauties especially the famous sunset over the Bosphorus. You can find all kind of public transportation here in Kadikoy. Marmaray and Metrobus are 2 main lines running across the city. It also has a port for ferries to main districts on European side and a metro line to important stations in Asian side including Sabiha Gokcen Airport. And direct buses to almost everywhere in istanbul like both airports (Istanbul and Sabiha Gokcen). Recently we adopted a kitten that was in big need. He is 2 months old and curious to learn. He is amiable and playful. You will see him a lot during your stay, say hello to “Kedi”
