Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. The space Gili is a spacious 100 square meter apartment disposing of 2 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor area. The design emphasizes the natural light, complementing the colourful geometric tiles found throughout the space. Past the entrance area, come upon an ensuite bedroom on the left. The queen-sized bed has a unique bamboo canopy; the ensuite bathroom has a full shower. The french doors, hidden behind light curtains, lead to a patio which connects to a small lounge area. The patio, brimming with natural light, has bright green plants, adding a vibrancy to the space, next to a hammock. At the other end of the patio, there is a custom created work from the home area with a desk. The small lounge area comes fitted with a couch and table, the perfect place to get lost reading a book. The second bedroom, with a queen-sized bed and ample storage space, provides access to a small outdoor area connected to the patio. The second bathroom has a bath with a full shower. The kitchen is fully furnished with all cooking utensils and appliances. The living area, next to the kitchen, has a custom made bench which doubles as bookshelf/storage. The dining area seats 4, and the lounge area has a couch and a cosy lounge chair facing the Smart TV. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room and in one Bedroom. All bed and bath linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. Other things to note To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay. A security deposit is required for this stay. More details will be provided during the booking process via Airbnb, and the deposit will be collected by the service provider.
