The apartment is located near the Adršpach–Teplice Rocks, Grandmother’s Valley, with convenient access to the Krkonoše and Orlické Mountains. The Polish border and the spa town of Kudowa-Zdrój are also just a short drive away. You can visit the Roz koš Reservoir too. It is ideal for a family vacation, or a stay for up to four adults. The space Accommodating up to four guests, the apartment occupies the entire private ground floor of a modern villa designed by renowned Czech architect Jan Línek. Surrounded by a fenced birch grove, the apartment has its own entrance and private covered terrace and is completely separate from the rest of the house. It offers a comfortable, peaceful retreat with plenty of privacy throughout the year. The terrace offers beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and Náchod Castle. The owners live on the upper floors of the villa, but the apartment itself is completely private and is not shared with anyone else. Kitchen and Living Area. The bright, stylish interior features a white kitchenette equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals and drinks. The kitchen includes: a combination convection and microwave oven, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker. The living area also features an elegant dining space and a comfortable TV area. Sleeping Arrangements. The separate bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed measuring 180×200cm. A second bed, measuring 160×200cm is located in the living area. For your convenience, bedside tables, reading lamps, and a wardrobe are provided. For our youngest guests, the apartment also includes a wooden crib with a high-quality mattress, a high chair, and a baby bathtub. Bathroom and Additional Amenities. The spacious bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. Soft towels, a hair dryer, and essential toiletries are provided for your comfort. The apartment also includes: a washer-dryer combination, a drying rack, an ironing board, a steam iron. Private Terrace and Outdoor Space. The apartment includes a private covered terrace with comfortable outdoor seating. It is furnished with an outdoor dining set, a charcoal grill, and two adjustable lounge chairs. You can enjoy breakfast in the fresh air, relax while taking in the countryside views, or prepare a delicious dinner on the grill. The birch grove also features an outdoor fire pit with benches, a trampoline, and rustic swings. Guest access The apartment is set in peaceful surroundings on a fenced property. The nearest vacation cottages and private homes are located more than 50 meters away. Free parking is available inside the fenced property, directly in front of the apartment entrance. The parking area may be shared with the owners. The train and bus stations are approximately 1.2 kilometers away. The walk takes about 14 minutes and includes a fairly steep uphill section.
