HOW FAR IS THIS HOUSES FROM COACHELLA: 7 minutes to Coachella Our “All Inclusive” package ensures that guests enjoy certain amenities and services at no extra charge. This includes complimentary pool heating, jacuzzi use during the summer months (from May through August), and the accommodation of one dog (up to 5 lbs) at no additional cost. Please note that “All Inclusive” does not cover food or alcoholic beverages. ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES FOR POOL HEAT, JACUZZI, PETS, OR EXTRA GUESTS? As part of our all-inclusive, resort-style home experience, many amenities are offered at no additional cost—with a few important limitations: Extra Guests: The home accommodates a maximum of 12 guests, including both adults and children. Exceeding this limit will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Please review our house rules for full details. Pet Policy: We allow up to two dogs, each weighing no more than 20 lbs. A fee of $100 per dog applies. Prior notice is required if you plan to bring pets. Dogs must be walked on the street for all bathroom needs and exercise. Guests are not permitted to leave dogs unattended in the backyard or allow them to potty, play, or spend time there. Dogs are strictly not allowed on couches, beds, or any furniture. If the cleaning crew finds any evidence (hair, dirt, scratches, smells, etc.) that a dog has been on the furniture, guests will be charged an additional $500 for deep cleaning and sanitizing of the furniture. If the cleaning crew finds any pee spots or poop in the backyard, guests will be charged an additional $300 for pressure washing and deep cleaning. Guests are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times, as our cleaning staff does not handle pet waste. Please be respectful of the property so that future guests can fully enjoy all amenities. Pool & Jacuzzi: Pool heating and jacuzzi use are included during the summer months (May through August). The pool is maintained at 88°F and the jacuzzi at 101°F. Outside of the summer period, there is an additional fee of $150 per day for pool and jacuzzi heating. Requests for extra amenities must be made at least 5 days before arrival, by 7 PM, when you receive the pre-check-in message. Early check-in may be available but is not guaranteed and depends on prior reservations. WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT? Check-in is after 4 PM local time, and check-out is no later than 10 AM. DO YOU ALLOW EARLY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT? We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This policy ensures we have adequate time to clean and prepare the property for the next guests. Failure to comply with check-out times will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? No, this home features keyless locks. You will receive a code for entry, eliminating the need for a physical key. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? A departure clean is included for all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Yes, the pool can be heated to 88°F. Please inform us at least 48 hours before your arrival if you would like this service. IS A GOLF CART AVAILABLE? No, we do not provide a golf cart. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All vacation rentals are fully furnished and include a kitchen with amenities such as a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a range of cooking and serving items. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Linens, bath towels, and pool towels are provided, along with an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Laundry facilities include laundry soap. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping packages to the home as we do not have mailbox keys, and various people have access to the property. We cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We suggest bringing a Bluetooth speaker, which is easy to connect and place where you like. Please note that there is absolutely no outside music allowed past 10 PM and no amplified speakers are permitted. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Yes, we allow up to two pets with a weight limit of 20 lbs each. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring pets. PLEASE NO SPEEDING! When entering the vicinity, obey the speed limit at all times. Fines for speeding can range from $250 to $5,000, deducted from the damage deposit. NO STREET PARKING: A $1000 fine will be assessed for parking on the street overnight. Please park inside the garage or the driveway only. ★ Liability Waiver ★ By staying at our property, you accept that using the house, including swimming facilities and exercise equipment, carries inherent risks and may result in injury.
