Great location just 4 km from downtown Vancouver, you can walk, take the city Mobibike or Canada Line just a few blocks away The space The suite is cozy and will always be spotless upon your arrival! Centrally located in a fantastic neighbourhood in Vancouver, this one bedroom private suite is on the ground floor of a multi dwelling home in the heart of Cambie Village. The suite comes with a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave/hood fan, hot plate burner, toaster oven, rice cooker, kitchen cutlery, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, cable TV, double bed, bed linens, towels and shared in suite laundry. As you enter the front door of the suite, there is a small hallway foyer with a built in mirrored closet leading to the open floor plan living / kitchen area with a built in desk and bookcase. The door to the bedroom is beside the desk with a north facing window overlooking the garden in front of the house. The doorway leading to the bathroom from the living area is around the corner from the kitchen, and accessible from the bathroom is a door to the shared laundry room. Guest access Private ground floor entrance to the suite is just steps from street and the front garden of this multi dwelling home in the heart of Cambie Village. The suite is totally self contained with a separate entrance from the garden and access to a shared laundry room accessible by a lockable door from the suite bathroom. Upstairs is a separate self contained 3Bdrm Suite with its own laundry, and at the Back is a separate 2Bdrm Suite each with its own entrance from the garden and access to the shared laundry room (shared with the 1Bdrm Furnished Suite 2 days per week) via a lockable door accessible from either suite. For longer term guests who want to rent or have their own bike(s), there is an outdoor metal bike rack directly in front of the suite under the staircase to the 3Bdrm upstairs suite where bikes could be secured to. Guests agree to use the bike rack at their own risk and with their own bike lock device. Other things to note This fully furnished private one bedroom suite has its own private kitchen and private bathroom - not shared. It is completely separate and private suite with its own entrance, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Only the washer and dryer room located in a common shared laundry room is accessible from the suite via a lockable door from the suite bathroom. The other unit cannot access the suite and vice versa. With wireless internet, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, starter set of soap and shampoo, toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry detergent provided, all you need is to come with your bags packed!
