Private rural getaway

The Townhouse at Bally Lough, in rural NY, 2 miles from Findley Lake, overlooks our own private 2 acre pond. The Kinal property includes 60 wooded acres crossed by trails for hiking, snowshoeing or even X-country skiing. Furnished with the personal furniture and art collected by the owners over many years, the townhouse includes master bedroom, large kitchen, combo living room/dining room, and up and down-stairs baths. The space The wood accented living room with cathedral ceiling provides dramatic setting for some of our favorite art. We love the many different views of the pond from each room. Two futons create space for additional guests, as couches in the day and semiprivate sleeping at night. A sound system offers the option of music. Guest access Two Townhouses sitting side by side at the Bally Lough property, along with a cottage shouting distance away, are the only inhabited homes on Constance Pond. Parking spaces in front of each townhouse provide parking for each guest. Currently, the left townhouse (north) is the home of the proprietors, inhabited only during May-October. The right side (south) accommodates guests as a vacation rental. New sidewalk should make winter access much improved. On-the-ground management maintain relations with guests when the proprietors are not in residence. Other things to note 10 minutes (five miles) from Peek 'n' Peak.
