Swimming Pool Size : 2 raix1.5 (W/L/D) Please note: Maid cleaning service half day (4 hours) is included Monday - Saturday. The rental price includes electricity for 400 baht pr. night. Usage over will be charged at 6 baht pr. unit extra. Electric meter will be read at check in and check out. In average, a group for this size villa uses about 400 baht per night depending mostly on Aircondition usage. Energy saving is for the sake of our world :) A refundable security deposit is required in cash upon check in. The amount varies based on the length of stay: 1-3 nights: 2,000 THB 4-7 nights: 4,000 THB 8-14 nights: 8,000 THB 15 nights or longer: 15,000 baht The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
