Enjoy cultivated blueberry patch in the summer, bird watching in the meadow. 2 miles from the Great Sacandaga Lake, and about 30 min from West Mountain Skiing, Saratoga Springs or Lake George. The space The home is on just under 80 acres of woods (~2 acres is cleared around the house) with (currently) uncurated logging trails to the summit of a small mountain. It is just down the road (2 miles) from The Great Sacandaga Lake. The home itself is a modestly renovated 100 yr old home, so it has a lot of the 'character' one might expect from such a house (e.g., tilted floors, smaller rooms, etc.). The bathroom needs updating aesthetically, but is fully functioning (i.e., yes, you can easily shower with hot water and poop in solitude!). This property is more about the outside than it is the inside - there is a front porch and a back deck with ample seating, to encourage maximum time outside.
