Welcome to Casa Gemma! An elegant apartment in a residential/university area consisting of three rooms and three bathrooms (each room has its own bathroom!) with a large private garden. Fully equipped kitchen area, laundry room with washer/dryer. Iron and ironing board. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV, air conditioning, a work area with a desk, and free fiber wifi. Bedding, towels, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. There is a safe on-premises. The space The apartment consists of three bedrooms: Emerald, Sapphire, and Ruby. The Emerald and Sapphire rooms are equipped with double beds. The Ruby room is equipped with a single bed and a comfortable pouffe bed with an extra comfortable memory foam mattress that will be used in case of a sixth guest. For bookings with fewer than 6 guests, it is possible to request the preparation of the extra bed at a cost of €20 to be paid on site. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a hairdryer, a hair straightener, and shower products (soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Living area with kitchen equipped with microwave, kettle, coffee maker, food chopper, moka coffee pot, and a toaster. Laundry area with washer and dryer and Dyson vacuum cleaner. Exclusive use of the private garden. Guest access Access to the garden is permitted provided you respect the other apartment building residents and the quiet hours. After 8 o'clock in the evening, shouting or excessive noise that may disturb the other building residents is prohibited. Other things to note There is a hair straightener on-premises. There is an iron and an ironing board on-premises. A travel cot suitable for children aged 0-36 months is available upon request, as well as a high chair and a stroller for children.
