The space Perfectly situated between Melbourne and the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, this coastal abode offers welcoming, open-plan living and dining, including a well-equipped kitchen. Share meals together around the monochrome table or slide open the glass doors and head out to your private balcony and use the outdoor setting while creating a marvellous feast on the bbq while overlooking the beach. In the evenings, kick back on the comfy sofas and turn on your favourite Netflix series, with the option of an indoor fireplace or split system air-conditioning keeping you comfortable year-round. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a walk-in robe as well as a stylish ensuite complete with a shower, toilet and basin. You'll also find a second bedroom with a queen size bed on this level. Downstairs, a third bedroom with two king single beds and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed awaits. A family bathroom is shared between the downstairs bedrooms, including all the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer – plus a spa bath where guests can indulge in a leisurely soak. A powder room is located on the ground level for your convenience. The pet-friendly backyard features a deck with an outdoor shower to rinse off after a dip at the beach, and a laundry area including a washing machine and drying rack. There is plenty of parking with a double garage and in the driveway, secured by an electric gate. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself. Bed linen and towels are not supplied at this property but can be provided at an additional cost of $45 per single or king-single bed and $65 per queen bed.
