Relax on the private rooftop terrace or visit the pool, set within a small condo development. Restaurants, cafes, a grocery store and doctor/pharmacy are within a 15-minute walk. Manuel Antonio and Jaco are both 35-45 minutes by car, making Playa Bejuco a great base for exploring the area. The space Each of the two bedrooms is appointed with comfortable queen bed, private bathroom, smart TV, beach and bath towels, and plenty of storage. The living room, dining area and kitchen are well equipped for a relaxing stay. The rooftop terrace provides a sofa and chairs, a BBQ grill and table for meals outside. The bedrooms and main room are air conditioned. Your host, Aaron, often works remotely from 2 Mariposas (from the dining room table). There is a power strip, fast Wifi, and decent lighting for video calls. Guest access You'll have access to a private 2-bedroom villa, private outdoor terrace, 1 parking space, and shared pool. Other things to note Please understand in advance: In popular areas like ours, municipal water is sometimes restricted. We have a back-up tank but sometimes there is low pressure and outages during the day. Also, nature abounds in the tropics, with bugs, geckos, unexplainable scents, and sudden rain, which adds to the allure.
