Restful Ridge boasts close access to Terrace Lakes resort golf course & geothermal hot springs (**public access/fees), frequent backyard wildlife and 180 degrees of beautiful deck scenery! The space Our mountain retreat is sure to be a cozy home away from home. RESTFUL RIDGE is set in a friendly, small mountain community with all the space to enjoy your family & friends coming from near and far. Arrive from the HOA maintained main road to a large, paved driveway area. It will easily accommodate 4+ vehicles; with an additional dirt parking area behind the shed to the west that can accommodate additional vehicles/side by sides/etc. Please do not park on main dirt road, as it is narrow and will impede local traffic. The main level of the cabin provides a large area for meals and relaxing together while enjoying views from the reclining couches out large windows facing the open space of the golf course. Savor your morning coffee with the deer, elk and turkeys, or an evening glass of wine watching the golfers from the wrap-around deck. A Traeger grill with supplied pellets is available for any outdoor cooking plans! The kitchen is well-supplied with all the necessities needed for a hearty breakfast or family-style dinner. The Crouch market is just minutes away for any grocery needs. Two queen bedrooms and a full bath complete the upstairs level. Downstairs, enjoy the large game/play area complete with pool table, ping pong table cover, smart TV, kids toys and family games. The bottom level also has walk-out to a patio and fire pit area. The bottom level provides another queen bedroom with larger walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom provides twin bunks, & twin day bed with trundle. A full bath downstairs doubles as a laundry room, stocked with laundry soap that is available for guest use. **Infant/kid items available** one pack & play with sheets, high chair, counter-attached meal chair, kids dishware, toys & books. Outdoor area provides dedicated fire pit with chairs, and area for horseshoes or cornhole (provided). Sleds and pickleball equipment also supplied for seasonal outdoor entertainment. Please respect that fires are only permitted at the firepit area, for many reasons, but mostly safety. Please extinguish fire fully when finished. There is a spigot/hose near the main entry of the cabin. Smoking is only permitted outside, minimum 50ft from cabin (preferably at firepit) and please pick up after yourself. Restful Ridge is on a septic system, so only toilet paper can be flushed. No wipes of any kind or feminine products. We do allow pets at Restful Ridge! We simply ask that you be respectful of the property and clean up all poop or excessive pet hair that your pet may leave. No pets are allowed on the furniture. Food bowls and dedicated pet towels are provided. We will charge a $200 cleaning fee if any excessive cleaning is required due to your pet; similarly, you will be financially responsible for any damages to the property caused by your pet. We are happy to accommodate early check-in/late check-out dependent on our cleaning/reservation schedules. Please reach out about availability prior to arrival. Please note there is a small fee involved for morning check-ins or afternoon check-outs, as available. Guest access Entire main house and surrounding property is available to guests. No access to garage/shed or to a locked room in the basement. These areas are used for personal storage. You can visit their website for more information.** While we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible, please understand we are not responsible for utility outages (WiFi, power, etc). Generally, we do get notice if these are planned and will certainly pass along that info if it will impact your stay. Due to the growth in the area, these outages do happen periodically. Please keep guests and visitors to the 10 person maximum. Any guest over the 10 person max will be charged a $25 fee per guests, per day and an additional $50 cleaning will be added.
