Lovely 1-bedroom suite

Relax in our lovingly restored farmhouse suite, surrounded by flower and vegetable garden beds. A cozy bedroom features an ample armoire, comfortable 54”x76” full size mattress, private bath with a generous shower. A comfortable sitting room gives you extra space for reading or relaxing. Enjoy the private backyard fire pit on warm evenings, or sunsets from the covered porch. Located 6 blocks from Pacific University, in the Historic District. There is a dedicated parking space for your car. The space There is a porch with chairs, shade in the morning and afternoon sun. The bedroom has one bed, a dresser and armoire for clothes and storage, chairs and tv with local channels. A generous bathroom with dresser and large walk in shower, accessed through the bedroom. The sitting room and bedroom have air conditioning and heating. Coffee, tea, Britta water and snacks, ostmeal, and breakfast bars are available on the white china hutch. We have a variety of maps and local guides to the area for your use. Guest access A walk around the south side of the house past the garden beds takes you to a private backyard with lawn chairs, a picnic table, and fire pit for your use. Two bikes are available for your use, just ask and we will get them for you. During your stay I love to meet guests and also recognize their desire for privacy. I am happy to share insights and ideas for activities and experiences. Also glad to spend time around the campfire visiting if there is interest. We have two bicycles that are available to use. You can always reach me through airbnb messaging. Other things to note We have a very shy cat who you may see around the back yard, and a dog. Our dog is either in our part of the house or her dog run, not in the back yard, unless you would like to meet her. She is big and goofy. The mattress is 54” x 76”. We use queen size, cotton sheets.
