Charming private casita is a separate detached building with a private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The property sits far off the street on a long driveway so it’s very quiet and private. Centrally located, 5 minutes to SDSU, 15 minutes to beaches, Downtown, and the San Diego Zoo. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Within a 15 minute drive to all major hospitals including, Scripps, Kaiser, Rady’s, Sharp, UCSD, Alvarado, and Grossmont. Great for traveling nurses! The space To make your long term stay more comfortable, you’ll have your own apartment fridge, an electric cooktop/hot plate, coffee maker, microwave and mini oven if you prefer to cook simple meals at home. This unit also has your own AC and heater for year round comfort. Property has a common (but rarely used) covered outdoor patio right off the casita entrance. There are also several mature fruit trees on the property, free for the picking. We are also pleased to offer onsite, off-street parking as well as a private washer and dryer for your convenience.
