All suites have complete renovations, with unique luxury touches such as custom tile work, granite counters, rainfall shower heads, LVP flooring, soft close drawers, etc. The property also boasts a gated entrance and outdoor security cameras. Each suite has a digital entrance system, smart technology thermostats, dedicated fiber internet, double soundproofing, pre-paid streaming services, full kitchens, and more! The space "Route 66" is our classic car studio suite. The brightly themed decor welcomes you to a happy stay, and our welcome package provides basic essentials to help you transition after a day of travel. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, beautiful cabinetry, and all basic cookware, dishes, and utensils. Next is the incredible bathroom that's sure to impress. It boasts a spacious, custom tiled shower with quadruple shower heads, two rainfall heads up top and two adjustable heads on opposite walls, and a large granite topped 60" vanity. The bedroom/living space has a king bed with a 65" smart TV on the opposite wall, dual nightstands, and a closet with iron/ironing board. A pullout couch with a queen size bed is available for two additional guests, or ready as a cozy sitting space accessorized with a large coffee table. Route 66 also offers the largest private deck on the property, coming in at 16'x10' and perfect for enjoying the birds on a quiet evening. There's nothing lacking in this upscale suite for your short or extended stay! *Note: a queen or full size air mattress with additional sheets, blankets, and pillows can be added upon request! Guest access Guests will have private access to their own suite! Pineland consists of 6 duplex units within our gated property. This features a front gate, gravel drive access, private porches on most units, and a walking trail/community gazebo.
