Signing off on these is a requirement of booking. These will be supplied after registration but before check-in and will be sent via the Airbnb email. A copy of your photo id is a requirement for this short-term rental, as per St. Johns County, Florida. Parking is at a premium and there is only room for two regular sized cars. Any variation of this rule requires pre-approval and public parking is approximately 500 feet away. No smoking on the property is a requirement of renting, as is no vaping, no fireworks, no use of candles, or illegal drug activity. No feminine hygiene products or wipes, paper towels, etc., will be flushed down the toilet during your stay; the responsible party will take all responsibility and be charged accordingly if this should occur. Your registration is solely for the people indicated when you registered and listed on your short-term lease. Additional persons on the property and/or their vehicles is a breach of this agreement; your party will be asked to leave immediately, and you will receive no refund. Also, you will be responsible for any damage done to the property by you or your guests. Beach equipment is available for guests and is found in the garage. Using any of these items is at your own risk and the responsible party takes all responsibility for any liability to the property or guests, if any breakages or loss of the equipment occurs, the responsible party will take all responsibility and be charged accordingly. One of 10 'Sister Houses' from the waterway north towards Ponte Vedra, this picturesque spot is a much-used area for weddings and photographic shoots. There is a Publix Supermarket within walking distance, as are fine and casual eating establishments. This sleepy community encourages walking. This particular area is interesting in that it doesn't front A1A, but is on a spit of land with water all around. Fishing from the beach, shelling, and just walking the beach.
