Outbuilding with river views in Cambridgeshire

A newly renovated one bedroom outbuilding set in idyllic Holywell conservation area directly overlooking the River Ouse. The property is detached from the main house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a beautiful wooden bed. There is a kitchen/diner and lounge with a large sofa bed suitable for two children. The bathroom has a small bath with waterfall shower. Plenty of parking to the front of the property. Great for walkers, cyclists, paddle boarders, bird watchers, romantics The space Double bedroom- views of river Lounge with sofa bed- views of river Kitchen/diner Bathroom Guest access Guests will not have access into the garden of the property. There is a large space out the front where you can relax outside. Other things to note Holywell is surrounded by local walks along the river Ouse. St Ives is a 10 minute drive/cycle ride away and you can cycle to Cambridge in about an hour and 20 mins along the guided bus route. You can also take the guided bus route from St Ives into Cambridge in 40 minutes. You can kayak/paddle board straight outside the house along the river Ouse. We are surrounded by RSPB lakes. We have young children and so have everything you will need for babies/young children to stay- please just let us know. We have 3 pubs nearby for food/drink (one is next door). The other is The Pike and Eel and The Queens Head which are both nearby. There are discounts available for anyone wishing to have a longer stay- 15% for a week and 40% for a months stay. Please note that this accommodation does not have a television. It is a rural setting and so the wifi is not always reliable and so would not be suitable for someone relying on the wifi for home working or multiple downloads. It does have reliable 4G though and I have never had any problems working from home via 4G if the internet is not working. Lastly we are in an area without gas and so rely on oil and electric.
