The space 📌 To be read before booking ⚠️ Important Note on Space Allocation "Il Caratteristico" is a unique historical structure that adapts to your needs. • Booking for 1-2 Guests: You will have the main apartment (living area with double bed, kitchen, 1 bathroom). • Booking for 3-4 Guests: The additional connecting wing is opened, offering you a second private bedroom with its second internal bathroom. 🏡 THE APARTMENT A historic residence in the heart of the ancient village, flexible and welcoming. Basic configuration (always included): • Entrance with equipped kitchen. • Main living/sleeping area with double bed, TV and dining table. • Main bathroom (with sink, toilet and shower instead of bidet). Extended configuration (ONLY activated for 3-4 guests): • All of the above, PLUS: • Second independent bedroom. • Second full private bathroom (this one equipped with a bidet). ️ ℹ️ Useful information • There is no washing machine. • In the main bathroom there is no bidet (but a hand shower is available); the bidet is present in the second bathroom, active only for reservations of 3-4 guests. • Water is available directly from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm; in the following hours it is guaranteed by autoclave (a common condition in many Abruzzo towns). • The traditional oven has been replaced with a high-quality electric microwave oven, suitable for both heating and cooking meals. 🧳 Amenities included • Guaranteed internal temperature between 18 and 20°C • Clean and sterilized linen (with towels) • Professional cleaning at each guest change • Mini-fridge • Dehumidifier • Microwave oven • Complete kitchen utensils (including moka pot for coffee) 🛋️ Main living area The main room serves as a living room and bedroom. Ideal for cooking independently. 🛁 Bathroom The main bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower. As indicated, there is no bidet. For bookings of 3-4 guests, a second private and complete bathroom is activated, which includes the bidet. 🛏️ Second bedroom (active for 3-4 guests) When you book for 3-4 people, a separate room is unlocked and connected to the main apartment. This private, carefully furnished space is equipped with a comfortable bed and a full internal bathroom that also includes a bidet, offering additional guests intimacy and comfort. 📍 Location The apartment is located in the historic part of the village, in a quiet and charming area. To reach it, you need to walk a short staircase: the structure is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. Upon exiting, a panoramic view of the Abruzzo mountains welcomes each guest with a unique and relaxing atmosphere. 📖 The story of "Il Caratteristico" The apartment is housed in a building dating back to the late 1800s, historically used for breeding and wine production. During the renovation work, we recovered numerous traces of the past. The current bathroom, for example, was once the space dedicated to pressing grapes with the feet, thanks to a cavity carved into the stone. The adjacent rooms housed barrels and vats for wine fermentation. The authentic and original stone ceiling has been carefully restored to preserve its identity and charm. Today it represents a rare example of Abruzzo rural architecture, and preserves the memory of an era made up of work, tradition and unchanged landscapes.
