You enjoy privileged access to more than 60 acres of private forest with trails directly on the property. A great place to unwind, walk in nature and just relax. 👫 Perfect for 2 people and your dog. Put on your walking boots, snowshoes or cross-country skis and go breathe in nature on the trails maintained all year round. 🐶 Your dog will love exploring the forest, sniffing the fresh tracks of animals and maybe even jumping into the pond. THE SPACE Fully private accommodation with independent single-story entrance and parking directly in front of the door. There you will find: • Large dining room with kitchenette • 1 closed bedroom with Queen bed • 1 small bedroom with single bed A comfortable, simple and warm space to drop off after your activities. THE TERRACE At your door is a large 10 x 30 foot covered outdoor terrace, intimate and beautifully appointed, much appreciated by guests for its tranquility and comfort, summer and winter. We particularly appreciate it for: ☕ morning coffee 📖 reading or meditation 😌 afternoon nap 🔥 the BBQ or the 5 to 7 ✨ relax in the evening under the stars around the fire ring (wood provided) DISCOVER IN THE REGION Biking, hiking and cross-country skiing, skiing in the 150 km of trails of the Parc des Sommets, just 10 minutes away. We share the place with our 5-year-old little Chihuahua, Chouchou. Guest access You'll have access to everything you see in the photos, privately and intimately. These interior and exterior parts annexed to our large house are entirely reserved for you. Independent entrance door and parking, digital code included. Everything is quiet and peaceful here. Deer roam freely, our owls have lived in the forest for years. Raphaël, our family turtle, reigns over the pond where fish and frogs swim. Deer, rabbits and other forest dwellers coexist peacefully. Amateur ornithologists will be delighted by the thirty species of birds listed. We are quiet and discreet retirees, living in the main house nearby. Other things to note No people other than those who booked are allowed on the premises (discussion possible) Dogs allowed. IT MUST NOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THE HOUSE. A caretaker can be contacted. Any sports or bulky equipment must remain outside, a secure location is provided. A locked shed is at your disposal. Skis, snowboard, ski boots, paddle board, bikes, suitcases, etc. Our hens, who will offer you their fresh eggs for your breakfast, are protected in their outdoor enclosure during the day.
