It provides silence, comfort and great conditions for relaxation throughout the year The space The house is located in the very center of Kashubia, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which ensures peace and quiet. Located in the close vicinity of lakes – the guarded beach is about 700 m away, and the lake is about 300 m away. The property is fenced and enclosed, which guarantees privacy and security during your stay. There is a barbecue area, a campfire and bicycles available to guests, providing additional opportunities for active recreation and relaxation surrounded by nature. It is the perfect place for families, groups of friends and people who value contact with nature and a peaceful rest. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, which is closed and fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy and security during their stay. On the property, there are many attractions and amenities that will make both relaxation and active recreation more pleasant: a modern grill perfect for a joint feast, a place for a bonfire that creates a unique atmosphere for evening gatherings, bicycles for exploring the area and active outdoor activities, billiards for lovers of games and fun with friends, darts for outdoor entertainment, PlayStation console for relaxation and fun regardless of the weather. In addition, it is possible to organize a water ball – a mobile sauna, which is available for an additional fee, agreed individually with the landlord. It is a unique way to relax and unwind after a day full of attractions. We provide a comfortable rest surrounded by nature with numerous attractions that will satisfy both families and groups of friends. Other things to note The house is perfect for families, groups of friends and people looking for peace and contact with nature. A perfect place to relax all year round — both in summer (relaxing by the lake, walking in the woods) and in winter (close to the ski slope in Przywidzie). Secure parking for several cars is available on the property. We accept pets by prior arrangement. The house is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and modern multimedia, which makes it an ideal place for people working remotely. Possibility to organize a bonfire, barbecue and rent recreational equipment (e.g. kayaks, bicycles) – please book in advance. Bed linen and towels for additional guests are available on request. A quiet area with lots of greenery guarantees a comfortable and peaceful rest. The proximity of local Kashubian attractions — hiking and cycling trails, nature reserves, traditional Kashubian restaurants — makes it an ideal place to explore the region. The house is eco-friendly — equipped with energy-saving solutions and a waste segregation system. Guests have access to a private garden and spacious terrace, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Free parking is available on the property, and an additional car can be left free of charge on the street.
