Located just a block from miles of stunning beaches and fantastic surf breaks, the Pebble Beach Bungalow is ideally situated for all your adventures. The bungalow is thoughtfully designed with fun features for all ages, including a fire pit, bicycles, a rock wall, outdoor swings, a sandbox, ping-pong table and an adorable bonus “surf shed”, perfect for playing games or watching movies after a long day at the beach. LIVING QUARTERS Enjoy modern comfort and style in this thoughtfully designed three-bedroom, one-bathroom home. The details of this house make it special, including original wood floors and an updated kitchen complete with quartz countertops. Kids (and adults) will love the indoor rock wall and backyard complete with swings and a fire pit. LIVING ROOM Get cozy with the whole family on the new leather sofa and loveseat. You’ll love playing records on the record player, which also functions as a Bluetooth speaker, and enjoy perusing our library of surfing and local interest books. Login to any of your favorite viewing apps on the 42” SmartTV. KITCHEN Make meals in the spacious kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, premium cookware and knifes. The coffee station features a top-of-the-line Technivorm Moccamaster coffee maker and Fellow coffee grinder, plus craft coffee from Case Coffee Roasters. Also provided: electric range and stove, microwave, dishwasher and long, quartz countertops. Kid-friendly dishes, cutlery, bibs and a highchair are provided. DINING Sit up to six adults around the solid wood dining table. A highchair is provided. SLEEPING QUARTERS Primary Bedroom Sleep two in the light-filled primary bedroom, featuring a brand new king mattress with a luxurious pillow-top cover. Wood beams on the wall add character and charm. A sliding glass door with access to the backyard lets in lots of natural light, and we provide room-darkening curtains for a good night’s sleep. A vanity with a mirror and stool provide a comfortable place to get ready. There is a full closet with shelving for storage. Bedroom 02 This colorful, fun room features two brand new twin beds, a rock climbing wall and a hanging chair. Kids (and adults) will love sleeping in here, and we’ve provided lots of games and books for their enjoyment. There is a full closet with shelving for storage. Bedroom 03 This “boho” bedroom sleeps two on the brand new king mattress. Wood beams on the wall provide a cozy vibe. There is a full closet with shelving for storage. BATHROOM The full bathroom features marble-tiled floors, a shower and bathtub, and provides complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body and hand soap. There is plenty of storage for towels and toiletries. THE YARD The fully-fenced, private backyard offers a covered patio for relaxing, with a comfortable sectional. There are two swings in the backyard, and one in the front, as well as a small sandbox play area in the backyard, complete with buckets and sand toys. Roast marshmallows under the stars at the fire pit. We provide a brand new BBQ for your use, as well as plenty of comfy patio chairs. You will occasionally hear the barking of sea lions when the wind is the right direction. THE SURF SHED This is one of our favorite features of the house! The affectionately dubbed “Surf Shed” is a separate living space in the backyard, complete with a big-screen Smart TV, two comfy chairs and a full length sofa. Read a book, hook up your own video games, watch a movie or just hang out in this light-filled space. ENTERTAINMENT We offer free WiFi access throughout the house. There is a selection of local interest books, magazines and guidebooks to keep you occupied, as well as a selection of board games. Feel free to login to any of your apps like Netflix or Hulu on our two smart TVs. RECREATION We provide 3 beach cruiser bicycles, with helmets and a bike pump. Please leave these locked in the garage when not in use. GARAGE/LAUNDRY ROOM We have a large, 2 car garage available to you for parking or storage. There is a washer and dryer in the large laundry room as well, available to you. THE LOCAL AREA The Pebble Beach Bungalow is located one block in from Pebble Beach Drive in Crescent City, which hugs the coastline and miles of gorgeous beach access. One of favorite things about this location is the ability to walk or bike right from the house for miles along the coast. The closest beach access is a 5 minute walk to some tide pools, a great spot for spotting marine life. Once on Pebble Beach Drive you can walk or bike for miles along the beach, with the closest sandy beach access about a 10 minute walk, or 2 minute drive. There are many benches overlooking the beach along Pebble Beach Drive, and several amazing surf breaks. This stretch of coast is highly renowned for whale watching in winter and spring. You will have access to the whole property, excluding one small storage closet next to the bathroom. We have a smart lock for the front door and the entry code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number. The keys for the surf shed are hanging on a hook in the laundry room. I am fully available to guests, and will try and respond as quickly as possible. I’m always happy to help! Crescent City is a laid-back coastal town with a harbor, lighthouse, aquarium and restaurants. We simply LOVE this area, as it offers some of the best surf breaks and stunning beaches in Northern California. Its close access to the majestic Redwoods are yet another wonderful feature. Crescent City offers all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. There’s a Safeway and Walmart for groceries, and plenty of restaurants and breweries just minutes from the bungalow. There’s lots of places to walk and bike, but we’d recommend also having a car to get the most out of your stay. Earlier check-in may be available. Message me for details.
