The apartment, unique on the floor, is on the first and top floor; with terraces equipped on all 4 sides. It is spacious, comfortable, quiet and bright. Garage and outdoor parking. The beach is about 800 meters away and can also be reached on foot with a pleasant walk in the greenery. Pets allowed. The space The apartment is in a classic style, with two large bedrooms, each with a double bed plus a single bed (possibility of changing the arrangement of beds only by prior arrangement). There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub; a large, fully habitable kitchen, with a dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine; a furnished entrance and a beautiful living room with a sofa, TV and additional dining area. No air conditioning and no wifi. Equipped with bedding and bath linens, loungers and seats also for dining outside. Pets allowed free of charge, subject to agreement. Possibility of additional beds in the annex area, with agreements and with a surcharge. Guest access There is no elevator, but the entire apartment is on the first floor and easily accessible.
