Other things to note Self-catering. : : You will be equipped with starter kit which typically includes a paper towel roll, 2 toilet paper per bathroom, soap, couple of dishwasher pods, spare kitchen trash bag : : We provide fresh towels and linens: - Bathrooms: you'll find good size dispensers with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - Kitchen: there is a dish soap dispenser as well, at least a couple of dishwasher pods, and at least one replacement trash bag - Please note: washcloths are not provided. Surveillance or recording devices outside property: Cloud recording device outside main door, with the sole purpose of additional security for our guests and their belongings, always being mindful of privacy. Pool heating is available at an additional cost, must be requested prior to arrival. - pool heater may not work after midnight. We must abide by the city's quiet hours ordinance - Please do not attempt to adjust the pool heating yourself as it is very easy to break it and very expensive to fix. NO lifeguard on site, tenants are expressly responsible for the safety of themselves, and members on their booking, specifically waive any and all liability claims. ------- MAILING: Please be aware that we have no mailbox keys, no concierge service, Make sure your deliveries (if needed) are through a private carrier that provides you a tracking number. Note about forgotten items or packages If you leave or forget an item at the property, please follow these steps for its return: Inform us about the object or package left behind. Please include photos or a clear description to help us locate it. Send us a prepaid shipping label to the address and name we will provide at the moment of coordination. Return timeframe: Once the prepaid label is received, the return process may take 3–4 weeks. This is because access to our storage may be limited if new guests are staying at the property.
