Autumn Ridge is a self-contained cottage situated on peaceful acreage overlooking the Blackwood Valley. With only a 10-minute drive into Bridgetown, offering unique boutique shops, delicious cafes and tourist attractions. This couples retreat is central to many of the southwest's tourist hotspots such as Manjimup, Pemberton and Margaret River. Feel free to stroll around the property; just remember to close the gates behind you. The grounds are surrounded by many beautiful trees home to countless species of native wildlife, including Kookaburras, the Scarlet Robin and Western Rosella. The cottage is a separate self-contained guesthouse roughly 60 metres away from the main residence. The cottage is fully fenced and a hedge creates additional privacy for our guests. It is designed to accommodate two guests with a huge comfy king-size bed adorned with luxurious bed linen. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the utensils needed to whip up a delicious meal using locally sourced produce. The cottage has a private bathroom, large fluffy towels and complementary quality Australian toiletries. Sit back in the evenings on the patio overlooking the valley view sunset whilst sipping a glass of exquisite local wine. Ample parking is available next to the cottage. * This year the fire pit will will be unavailable from 15 October 2025 due to local fire ban regulations. *The area around the cottage is now fully fenced for your dogs. We ask you to please close the gates behind you. *We now have Starlink wifi available at the cottage. Other things to note - Pets are welcome at Autumn Ridge, please keep the gate to the cottage area closed and dogs must be on a lead when walking them around the property, Thank you. - Pet owners are responsible for any mess both inside and outside the cottage, and please keep the pets off the furniture. - Unfortunately due to safety concerns, Autumn Ridge is not suitable for children. - The fire pit will be unavailable from 1 December to 31 March due to fire ban regulations.
