Van Dor Sea House

Van Dor Sea House is a stone cottage in the village of Vagia right in front of the sea. Leaving the house you are directly in the quiet accessible bay, while the outdoor shower on the ground floor serves you directly after swimming in the sea. The house has a spacious veranda on the whole front side overlooking the Saronic Gulf and the illuminated Attica in the evening. The property features an artistic interior and is suitable for families. The space The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The interior house (90 sq.m.) includes an open plan dining, living and kitchen area with 2 large sofas that can also be used as beds. There is also the TV and air conditioning. The kitchen has, among other things, a fridge with a freezer, a full electric cooker, a cooker hood and a microwave. In the first bedroom there is a single bed with a second sliding bed below and in the other bedroom there are two separate single beds. The bathroom has a toilet, a bathtub, a washbasin and a washing machine. Outside, a spacious corner terrace (2 meters wide) frames the entire front and left side. In the lower area there is a specially designed outdoor shower. The top floor of the building is not included. Guest access The interiors and terraces described are private spaces, while the rest of the exterior spaces are shared. Other things to note Van Dor Sea House is located 12 km from the port of Aegina (20 minutes by car), 5 km from the port of Souvala (10 minutes by car) and 4.5 km from the Temple of Aphaia.
