The space The house was has been a home since 1943, completely renovated in 2000 and all kitchen appliances renewed in 2022 and certain rooms redecorated. The house has windows facing all directions and is very private. You enter into a spacious and light hallway leading to a kitchen and then a dining area which leads on to the two bedrooms and the bathroom and laundry room. The living room runs almost the entire length of the house and faces West with a large and effective fireplace. It is a light and beautiful home only 200m from the beach and the forest the same distance in the opposite direction. The beach is very child friendly, with a shallow and safe beach as well as a barbecue place. The charming ferry, Axel, takes you to Karlskrona across the sea or the more frequent and efficient buses go every 20 minutes, from the small town of Nattraby that has all the amenities you need. Karlskrona, a larger town is only 10km away and is a major town with a rail station and a beautiful harbour and many restaurants. The beautiful world heritage site, Skarva, is within walking distance and offers a wonderful organic vegetable shop and health food shop. Multiple walks available through the woods and also a short drive to nearby lakes where you can swim. The house lies on a private road with minimal traffic, thus making it a very peaceful place to stay. The garden boasts a 100 year old fragrant red rose bush and many wild roses as well as raspberry and currant bushes. Guest access Guests have the full run of the house and 1500m2 garden, including the guest house, which has a double and single bed in a bunk bed arrangement. The guest house is 30m2 and also has perfect views of the beach and the sea beyond. Other things to note No pets or smoking allowed.
