To that effect, we provide: - Generator, inverter, AC, Wi-Fi

 - Barbecue, bar, bonfire 
- Secured parking space for up to 20 cars This is a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 6 cosy bedrooms - all on the ground floor.  - All bedrooms offer amenities such as Wi-Fi access, AC, TV, electric kettle, designated workstation, luggage rack, attached bathrooms and attached patios overlooking the garden. - 4 bedrooms have a king-sized bed and 2 bedrooms offer twin beds.  - All bedrooms have separate entrances.  BATHROOMS - There are 6 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have an open-to-sky area, geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a spacious living room on the ground floor of the villa. It offers sofa-style seating for up to 6 people. - It is equipped with Wi-Fi, AC, a portable music system and a TV. - There is a separate dining area that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.  - There is a common library with a selection of books to choose from. Guests can pick out a favourite and read peacefully. - There are 2 lush lawns, 300 sq. ft. each, with ample seating arrangements. - The exteriors of the property feature a huge amphitheatre. - Guests can enjoy an al fresco dining experience in the outdoor dining area, overlooking the lawn. - It is up to 300 meters away from the main villa and can seat up to 6 people. KITCHEN - There is a kitchen, however, guests do not have access to it.  FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 excluding taxes. - Outside food is not allowed. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. Guest access There is a villa and 6 individual cottages on the premises of the property. The guests have access to the 6 cottages and the common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 female staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.  ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can take a peaceful walk on the lawn and soak in the beautiful views. They can enjoy their breakfast amidst nature, play indoor games like cards and ludo or read a book peacefully. They can also relish a hearty barbecue meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up.  ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 excluding taxes. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Guests can use the auditorium and lawn area (floodlight) for an additional cost. - Guests can enjoy pickleball on an hourly basis at an additional charge. - The floodlights can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per hour. Please note that the floodlights will be operational only till 10 PM. - Guests can use the auditorium at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per hour. Guests have access to the auditorium till 10 PM.
