WE ARE NEWLY OPENED at the end of this August! You would feel the breeze from the ocean and just forget the noisy and rushy everyday life... This place is where you can escape from them and have just a relaxed time. If you are interested in the marine sports, here is it! Please enjoy living in the house only a few minutes away from the beach!! Feel free to use here for a lot of situations such as a trip with your friends, family gathering or spending the special time as a couple :-) The space ★Rooms★ 1F：parking lot for 1 car, 3 bedrooms, Bathroom, Toilet 2F：Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Bedroom with the working space (working desk & chairs), Toilet 3F：Roof-top balcony ★Amenities★ [Rooms] ・6 futon mattresses ・2 single beds ・Sofa ・TV (connected with the internet: Hikari TV) I have prepared a wide-screen TV which is connected with Netflix, Hulu and Youtube etc. Please feel free to use the function during your stay with your own account! ・Home WiFi ・Washing machine ・Washing detergent ・Iron ・Terrace table & chairs [Kitchen] ・Fridge ・Rice cooker ・Electric kettle ・Microwave ・Pots ・Pans ・IH stove ・Knives ・Cutlery ・Dishes/cups We don’t prepare any paper towels, dish towels or wipes. If you need one to do the cooking, please kindly bring your own. [Bathroom] ・Body soap ・Shampoo ・Conditioner Guest access You can use the entire house. Other things to note ・You can bring only ONE small sized dog with the extra fee. Please message me beforehand if you would like to take your doggie with you. And if you would like to take more than that, one with bigger size or other pet, please ask me before you make the reservation :-) ・My accommodation is located in the residential area. Please be careful with the noise level at night especially after 7PM. Also with the same reason, please do NOT use the roof-top balcony after 8PM except for smoking. ・You CANNOT smoke inside the house. Smoking is not allowed on this property except for the roof-top balcony and please be careful with the use of fire. ・Please separate the trash. If you left way more than the normal use and big-sized trash (such as suitcases), please understand that I might be able to asking you to pay the extra fee. [For guests who stay more than 2 weeks] I can schedule a cleaning, changing linens and adding amenities during your stay so please feel free to message me if you want one.
