Feel free to enjoy all the amenities provided! You also have access to the inner yard, which features a small play area for children right above the parking garage. 🅿️ Parking and EV Charging: You have access to one dedicated, FREE parking space in the secure parking garage beneath the building. Access details will be provided before check-in. The EV charging unit is available for use in the garage. Usage is tracked and billed separately. 🚫 Restricted Areas (For Host Use Only): Please note that the host's private storage closet within the apartment is not accessible to guests. Other things to note 🅿️ Parking & EV Charging: FREE Garage Parking: We provide one dedicated, parking space in the secure parking garage beneath the building. EV Charging: The EV charging unit (3.6 kWh Type 1 charger) is available in the garage. Billing for EV Charging: Electricity usage for EV charging is billed separately from your Airbnb booking. Price for charging is 15 cent per kWh. Short Stays: The total EV charging cost will be invoiced after your stay. Longer Stays: Charges are invoiced weekly on Sundays, with a final invoice at the end of your stay.
